The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) can answer questions about your rights at work, and receive complaints about discrimination in jobs (employment).
How do they do it?
Most complaints are handled by conciliation, and sometimes by a public hearing.
How much does it cost?
The service is free.
Are there complaints the FWO can’t take?
Usually the FWO can’t take a complaint more than six years after the problem happened.
